中涂将建高端环氧树脂装置
中涂化工(上海)有限公司，由上海安工经济发展有限公司、中国涂料(香港)有限公司合资组建，位于上海市嘉定区安亭工业区，研发和生产船舶用高性能涂料、稀释剂和溶剂。目前生产所需的主要原料聚酰胺树脂，和高端环氧树脂依靠进口。根据发展规划，中涂公司拟在安亭工业区内10号地块新建树脂生产装置，以二甲苯、正丁醇、828环氧树脂、二聚酸、三乙四胺、二乙三胺、双酚A，和蓖麻油脂肪酸等为原料，生产聚酰胺树脂9000吨/年，环氧树脂5400吨/年，为现有涂料生产装置提供生产原材料。该项目占地约50亩，总投资约3000万美元，建设地址：上海市嘉定区安亭镇嘉松北路4677号，联系人陈磊，联系电话：59501000。上海市环境科学研究院为其做了环评，环境影响评价主要工作内容包括：建设项目概况及工程分析、区域环境质量现状调查、建设项目环境影响评价、建设项目环境风险评价、环保措施论证及污染物达标排放分析、污染物总量控制分析、环境经济损益及规划相容性分析、公众参与。

The rdnAttr attribute is used
The rdnAttr attribute is used to define the attribute to use as the RDN of the managed entries. The attribute used must be defined as a mapped attribute in the nine west shoes template for obvious reasons (a static value would not be unique and would fail for the second created managed entry). The mapped attribute in the origin entry must be a single-valued croc shoes attribute so there is no ambiguity with regards to which value to use.
