江西长江化工非金属复合材料弹翼研制成功

近日,由江西长江化工有限责任公司与湖南云箭集团研发中心联合研制的某型号项目用非金属复合材料弹翼顺利通过首件验收鉴定。
该项目是兵器装备集团公司重点型号项目,非金属复合材料弹翼是其中的关键件,技术要求高,研制难度大。以往均采用复合材料真空热压罐成型技术制造,设备昂贵、工艺复杂、生产周期长、价格高。2007年,江西长江化工有限责任公司领导针对市场需求,果断决策,自筹资金,自投模具工装,利用公司多年研制生产非金属复合材料的经验,采用真空辅助模压成型技术进行攻关,在科研人员的努力下,经过一年多的研制,很好地解决了该产品中的强度、刚度、模态、界面粘接、隐身性能,以及重量和外形结构尺寸等等许多难题,达到了研制技术要求。2008年5月底通过了初样鉴定审查,8月底又顺利通过了产品首件验收鉴定。
