7500kv高压冲击试验装置外复合材料塔体

  7500kv高压冲击试验装置是目前世界上冲击电压等级最高的试验装置。该装置外塔体高26米、直径6米、要求抗风载35m/s、抗地震7级。

  武汉理工大学材料学院复合材料系王钧教授课题组负责设计的该塔体由248块复合材料板拼装而成,由于该塔体中不能使用任何金属材料,本设计中采用树脂粘接和单向纤维复合材料“铆接”的方式将塔体各板之间连接为一个整体,既保证了使用的功能要求,又体现出了复合材料结构的建筑美感,该塔安装在国家电网公司武汉特高压试验基地。
