浸润剂的分类

 (一)增强型浸润剂
  主要指可直接用于热固性塑料(不饱和聚酯树脂、环氧树脂、乙烯基树脂、酚醛树脂等)、热塑性塑料(聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、PBT 、PET 、ABS等)和橡胶、聚氨酯弹性体等增强玻纤制品生产的浸润剂。该浸润剂组分中含有偶联剂,起到了玻纤与基体树脂粘结的桥梁作用(即偶联作用),可提高复合材料的电学、力学及耐老化性能。该浸润剂应具有良好的拉丝、络纱工艺,同时还赋于玻璃纤维应具有的二次加工性能,如短切性、分散性、成带性、浸透性等等。由于玻璃钢复合材料制造方法及其性能要求的多样化,所以浸润剂也必须多样化,也就是说必须系列化、专用化,每一种玻纤产品有专用的浸润剂与之配套。
  增强型浸润剂品种较多。从其纤维二次加工形式,可分为短切和连续纤维长丝浸润剂两种;针对被增强材料不同,可分为热固性塑料用纱浸润剂和热塑性塑料用纱浸润剂两种;从玻纤制品对硬挺性要求,可分为软质纱浸润剂和硬质纱浸润剂两种;从浸润剂与被增强基体树脂溶解快慢,可分为速溶型、中溶型、慢溶型浸润剂三种。对缠绕纱、拉挤纱、短切毡用纱、方格布用纱、喷射纱用浸润剂,一般为速溶型,对BMC、SMC短切用玻纤浸润剂,因要求短切纤维避免
在BMC混料过程中过早开纤而严重磨损,或在SMC压制片材时玻纤能随树脂流动而分布均匀,则要求浸润剂赋予玻纤制品特定的溶解性能和速度,同样对于预成型法用玻纤、RTM(树脂传递模塑成型法)用玻纤,也要求特定的溶解性能和速度。所以说,不同的FRP成型工艺,要求浸润剂的性能亦各不相同。又如缠绕纱、拉挤纱、方格布用纱要求有良好的成带性,以保持张力均匀,而喷射纱成带性过强则会引起切割后分散不良的弊病。在浸润剂配方设计中必须仔细考虑FRP成型工艺的要求,以满足用户的要求。
  (二)纺织型浸润剂
  纺织型浸润剂是玻璃纤维纺织加工而使用的浸润剂,该浸润剂具有良好的拉丝、加捻、合股、整经、织造等纺织加工性能。由于纤维上涂覆的浸润剂会妨碍纤维与被增强基材之间的粘合,因此一般需通过热清洗和后处理工艺,将玻璃纤维表面的浸润剂除去,再经偶联剂处理后方可使用。
  在此类浸润剂中,国外使用淀粉$油类型为多,热清洗容易,布面残碳量低。现在国内中小企业仍使用石蜡型浸润剂,由于配方中使用双氰胺$甲醛缩聚物(商品名称为固色剂)为粘结成膜组分,热清洗困难,布面易发黄,有明显的褐色条纹(俗称派力斯条纹)。
  从90年代起,国内新建的池窑法生产的纺织用细纱,特别是’7628布用的G75纱,均采用了淀粉-油剂浸润剂。 
  (三)增强纺织型浸润剂
  针对以往增强型浸润剂纺织性能不适于加工细纱薄布,而一般的纺织型浸润剂又必需经热清洗处理后方能使用的矛盾,国外又研制出增强纺织型浸润剂,其特点为既可满足细纱薄布拉丝、加捻、合股、织造等技术要求,又不需经后处理工序可直接使用,与各种基体树脂具有良好的浸透性和结合力。增强纺织型浸润剂的优点是节约了昂贵的后处理工序的费用,同时避免了高温热清洗对玻璃纤维的强度损失。
